It shows the performance of mental health services and addiction services between 2016-2017 and 2020-2021.     June 2021 - This report summarises the He Ara Oranga wellbeing outcomes framework data phase, which looked at existing data sources to develop draft
    indicators and measures to monitor and measure performance across the whole mental health and wellbeing system.

    We created a framework called He Ara Āwhina, which means pathways to support. He Ara Āwhina was published 30 June 2022 and describes what an ideal mental health and addiction system looks like. The process for developing this framework is described on this page.
